Sleep Swannies are primarily designed for evening and nighttime use to reduce blue light exposure before bed.
While some customers choose to wear them during the day, they are not generally recommended for full daytime use. Blue light exposure during daylight hours plays an important role in supporting alertness and maintaining a healthy sleep wake rhythm.
If you do wear Sleep Swannies during the day, we recommend taking regular breaks and allowing natural light exposure without the glasses where appropriate.
We also do not recommend wearing Sleep Swannies first thing in the morning, as morning light exposure helps signal to your body that it is time to wake up and begin the day.
For daytime use, Focus Day Swannies are more suitable. They are designed to reduce a portion of higher energy blue light while still allowing some natural blue light to pass through, helping support normal daytime function and alertness.
