Sleep (Previously Night) Swannies are designed for evening and pre bed use.
For best results, we recommend wearing them continuously for 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. Some people prefer to begin wearing them earlier in the evening, such as around sunset, especially if they are exposed to screens or bright indoor lighting.
To maintain consistency, it is recommended that you keep your Sleep Swannies on throughout your evening routine without repeatedly removing them. Once you are in bed, with lights and devices turned off, you can remove them before going to sleep.
Even brief exposure to bright or blue enriched light late in the evening may influence the body’s natural wind down process. Wearing your Sleep Swannies consistently during this period helps reduce that exposure.
As with any routine, individual responses vary, so you may wish to experiment with timing to determine what works best for your schedule and environment.
