Swanwick offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all non-prescription products.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact support@swanwicksleep.com, and our Customer Support Team will assist you.
United States, United Kingdom, Australia & Canada
We will provide you with a return shipping label.
Please note that we are unable to mail physical return labels — customers are responsible for printing the label provided.
All Other Countries
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our US or UK returns facility.

Prescription Products
Prescription Swannies are custom-made to order and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
However, we fully cover any issues relating to manufacturing defects.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed once:
- The return shipment has been validated through tracked shipping, or
- The return has been received at our facility (if tracking is unavailable).
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
