We have a dedicated Customer Solutions team who monitors and responds to inquiries 7 days a week. We endeavour to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends.
If you have emailed or called us and left a voice message and have not heard back from us within this time period, please check the following:
- Check that you emailed support@swanwicksleep.com or you can also contact us through our contact form. If your message was received, you would have received an automatic email confirmation immediately. If you have not received this confirmation, it is likely that your message did not get sent properly.
- Check your spam/junk folders. Please check that our response did not get filtered to a spam folder in your email, as this is a common reason why replies are not received.
- If you called us and requested a call back, we may have tried to call you and not been able to get through. We will always try to leave a voice message if possible, however if you do not have voicemail set up or your voicemail inbox is full, then we won't be able to do this. If you left us an email we will also follow up via email which may have ended up in your spam folder.
If you have tried this and not received a response, please resubmit your inquiry using the contact form as it is possible that a technical or administrative glitch resulted in your inquiry not being received.
