Swanwick has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all non-prescription products. We would be happy to assist you with an exchange or return for refund within these first 30 days. Just contact support@swanwicksleep.com and our friendly Customer Support Team will be glad to assist you.
US, UK, Australia and Canadian Returns: We will provide you with a shipping label to send your return. We are not able to provide hard copy return labels and customers will be responsible for printing their own labels.
Other countries: you will be responsible for paying for shipping to return your order to our US or UK returns facility locations.

Refund timing:
Refunds are processed once the return shipping has been validated via tracked shipping, or if this is not available, once the return has been received at our returns facility. Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to be processed by your financial institution.
