Roll the ear plugs into a ball shape using your hands. The heat from your hands should make them soft and pliable.
We recommend pulling back any loose hair so it does not get caught in the plugs when you insert them.
Squash the earplug against your ear canal and push down to form a seal around your ear canal. (Note: Do not insert into the ear canal just squash against the ear canal). They should look something like this once done:
If you find the plugs too big, you can also cut off some of the material to make them smaller for a better fit.
The plugs can be re-used multiple times. Store in the case when not in use to keep away from dust and dirt. The ear plugs can be washed gently in luke-warm water, but once they become dirty in appearance they should be discarded.
