How do I use the ear plugs?

• Roll the ear plugs into a ball shape using your hands. The heat from your hands should make them soft and pliable.
• We recommend pulling back any loose hair so it does not get caught in the plugs when you insert them.
• Squash the earplug against your ear canal and push down to form a seal around your ear canal. (Note: Do not insert into the ear canal just squash against the ear canal). They should look something like this once done:

• If you find the plugs too big, you can also cut off some of the material to make them smaller for a better fit.
• The plugs can be re-used multiple times. Store in the case when not in use to keep away from dust and dirt. The ear plugs can be washed gently in luke-warm water, but once they become dirty in appearance they should be discarded.
