What do I need to provide for my prescription Swannies order?

You will need to upload a picture of your current prescription. Please ensure that the prescription is for spectacles and not contact lenses, as they are both different.

Please ensure your prescription includes pupillary distance (PD). If you do not have your PD, you can obtain this from your optometrist, or measure it yourself using this guide.

If you are ordering progressive lenses, you will also need your segment height. The segment height determines where on the lens your glasses will transition from reading to distance. If your current glasses are a different size or shape to the Swannies, the segment height for those glasses may not work for the Swannies. You can choose the default segment height, however we always recommend getting the segment height measured by your optician if possible. If you already have a pair of Swannies, you can take them to your optician and get the segment height measured on the frame, or you can use our frame trial program to have this done.
